I digress, breakfast was the usual 3 fried eggs (in butter of course)
After my morning walk I felt like something sweet with my coffee, so I broke a bar of Atkins 'Milk Chocolate' in half and nibbled at that. The other half remains in the pantry for another day. The last time I had a whole bar & had some stunning stomach cramps for the remainder of the day - not going there again in a hurry.
Here's lunch. It would have looked more like a salad had the spinach I bought yesterday not been less than than prime. Still, it tasted alright when eaten with my fingers (and the poor kids get told off for eating their dinner with their fingers!).
& dinner: pretty self explanatory I would have thought. Oh, those 2 curvy things are the pork rind/fat off 2 other chops because 'they' don't like fat. 'Waste not want not' I say.
Now I've just wolfed down a bowl of berries too, so I'd better slap a pic of those in too I guess!
